The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source contract to The Raytheon Company, McKinney, TX, for the Fiscal Year (FY) 26 maintenance and development solutions for the APY-10 Radar on the P-8A platform. This procurement shall include the following key deliverables: a Flight Line Systems Diagnostics (FLSD) Tool Upgrade for the core Radar Operator Application (ROA) software and an Enhanced RADAR System Simulator (eRSS). An anticipated quantity of four (4) eRSS units are to be delivered and the ROA software is to be deployed across approximately 143 maintenance laptops.
