NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE Description: The 354th Contracting Squadron/PKB, lntends to award a sole source firm fixed -price contract for a demonstration/static displays using 1943 AT-6D Texan, 1952 Harvard MkUV(T-6G), 1942 Consoldated BT-1, 1946 L-1 3 Dragon Fly at the 2026 Air Show. The work to be accomplished under the direction/control of the Director of Air Operatlons for the Arctic Lightning Open House 2026.
