About this opportunity
Mechanical � Install (3) indoor wall-mounted units, along with all refrigerant and drain piping. � Install (1) 6-ton heat pump. Unit to be anchored to exterior concrete wall via on L-bracket steel frame. � Coordinate core penetrations through concrete wall for piping, electrical, and drain lines. Installation to include all wall waterproofing. � Provide and insulate all refrigerants and condensate piping above ceiling � Test and charge system to verify operation. Electrical � Install new dedicated 208V, 3-phase power circuit � Provide NEMA 4X, 60A non-fused stainless steel disconnect at outdoor unit � Provide power and control conduit and wiring to/from all units � Penetrate concrete wall. � Provide penetration and conduit through roof deck.
