Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to provide USACC JROTC Co-sponsorship and all that it entails for the National Drill Championship event to Sports Network International, Inc. The Co-Sponsorship of the event and associated activities will occur from 01 April 2026 through 31 August 2026, with a physical location in Ormond Beach, Florida. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS, and a solicitation will not be issued.
