The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Research & Development (R&D) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, sole source contract on behalf of the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) to Getinge USA Sales, LLC located in 45 Barbour Pond Drive Wayne, NJ 07470-2035 , under the authority as prescribed in FAR 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
