The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is searching for vendors with the capabilities to furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, travel and supplies necessary to perform Semi-Annual periodic routine elevator dumbwaiter inspections, perform Annual Category 1 elevator dumbwaiter periodic inspection and safety tests and the Five Year Load Test of elevators and dumbwaiters located at the at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, 2500 Overlook Terrace, Madison, WI 53705. This will be a base plus four contract. Firm-fixed price.
