This synopsis/notice of intent to sole source is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) (Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Deviation) Part 5.1 and FAR Deviation 12. This notice advises that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), contract to only one source, American Council on Education, under the authority of FAR Deviation 12.201-1 and 41 U.S.C. �1901. This procurement is completed by the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA), Acquisition Management Directorate (AMD). In accordance with FAR Deviation 12.202(a)(2), this notice is posted for a period shorter than 15-days.
