About this opportunity
The Regional Contracting Office - Wiesbaden (RCO-W) intends to issue a sole source Request for Quote to Frequentis Defense Inc., CAGE 3XGK6, 8661 Robert Fulton Drive, Suite 190, Columbia, MD 21046-2284 pursuant to FAR 6.103-1(b) "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". This purchase is to purchase software licenses for European Aeronautical Database (EAD) Pro, along with the associated maintenance, upgrades and a 24/7 support service. There are no other authorized vendors to resell this software. The resultant Purchase Order shall be awarded as a twelve (12) month base period with four (4) one-year Options.
