This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractors shall provide janitorial services for the Mt. Adams Ranger District�s Office at the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment, labor, and supplies (except those provided by the Government) necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the location designated on the Schedule of Supplies/Services and in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
