The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to Emotional Intelligence Institute, Inc. to provide services to execute and/or create new Mixed Reality Live Simulation (MRLS) scenarios using a Virtual Avatar Laboratory (VAL) in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
