The offeror must provide all items, materials, personnel, and services as specified in Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS). A single award will be made as a result of this Request for Quote to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. This acquisition will be made as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside....
