Instructions to Offerors � Solicitation FA860126Q0028 This combined synopsis/solicitation is expected to result in the award of a firm-fixed-price contract for a NITROGEN GENERATION SYSTEM for the Air Force Institute of Technology as described under the requirements section of this combined synopsis/solicitation and accompanying requirements attachment. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
