About this opportunity
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) with MathWorks Inc., for the acquisition of MathWorks Enterprise Licenses and Maintenance Support needed by NIST, Gaithersburg, Maryland for a one-year period of performance. Sole Source determination is based on the need to purchase MathWorks MATLAB toolbox software licenses and maintenance support needed by the Gaithersburg and Boulder Campuses. The US Department of Commerce (DOC) National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) use MathWorks� MATLAB and related Toolbox products to provide computation, visualization, and programming in support of NIST's mission.
