The US Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to enter into a firm fixed-price contract with the Johnson County Sheriff's Department at 511 S. Capitol Street, Iowa City, IA 52244. Service will include personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide law enforcement to Coralville Lake Project, Recreation Areas from May 2026 through October 2026. Rock Island District, intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
