The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 3200 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1 mile radius of 500 Mall Road, Barboursville, West Virginia 25504. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately eleven (11) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
