1. Description: This is a Sources Sought Notice and is issued solely for market research and planning purposes to identify potential sources capable of providing the construction needs for a Design-Build (DB) contract to execute a complete roof replacement for Section A of Building 1130 (highlighted in the Condition Assessment Report) at Shaw AFB. The contractor shall provide all design, engineering, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to: a) Completely demolish the existing roofing system down to the structural concrete deck to include the elevator shaft roof. b) Repair the spalls and cracks on the existing concrete deck.
