Test, Teardown, and Evalution (TT&E) and/or Repair of NSN: 6110-01-317-2372FW P/N 741146J TT&E prior to actual repair of the unit. The contractor shall provide a proposal to the Government detailing the repairs that are needed and the associated costs for the needed repairs. The purpose for TT&E is to have a full breakdown of parts and labor needed to return a unit to serviceable condion.
