General Information This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Virginia National Guard (VaNG) intends to issue a Purchase Order as defined in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Subpart 12.201-1(e)(3).
