NOTICE OF DECISION TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE SOURCE: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, intends to award to a single source contract to FultonSt1 LLC, dba dancker, a certified small business, for the procurement, delivery and installation of office furniture to support the Central Regional Office relocation of the AEA RO from 159-30 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, Queens, NY 11434, to 1 Old Country Rd, Carle Place, NY 11514. The FAA has committed to the General Services Administration (GSA) and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to vacating the current building by December 31, 2026, and has an urgent need that requires the immediate procurement of furniture.
