6835--VISN 2 Prosthetics Downstate Home Oxygen Services

SERVICES REQUIRED: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Healthcare Network Downstate New York (VISN 2) has a requirement for Home Oxygen Services to be furnished by a Contractor to our VA Beneficiaries on the Home Oxygen Program. Services shall be in accordance with specifications, terms and conditions contained herein. Contractor must meet Joint Commission standards. If not accredited by Joint Commission, Contractor must have current accreditation with a nationally recognized accreditation that meets or exceeds Joint Commission standards and must maintain accreditation throughout term of contract
