Requirements Description: The items to be procured are for the AN/MSQ-135 Mobile Tower System (MOTS). The MOTS is a rapidly deployable, air traffic control (ATC) tower and Airfield Lighting System (ALS) that quickly establishes Air Traffic Services (ATS).
