PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (USACE), Philadelphia District (NAP), anticipates a requirement for a firm fixed-price service contract for this acquisition to procure services for the firefighting system onboard the Dredge McFarland inspected, tested, and certified for use. BASIS FOR SELECTION OF AWARD: Quotations will be evaluated on technical (capability of the products or services offered to meet the agencys needs), price, and past performance. A price realism analysis may be conducted by the government to determine if an offerorsproposed costs are realistic (too low).
