Description: Water Testing Services This is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation for commercial items and will be conducted in accordance FAR Part 13 (FAC 2025-06). The Request for Quote is for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. SDVOSB concerns must be certified in the Veteran Small Business Certification veterans.certify.sba.gov at the time of the receipt of quote (solicitation due date) as indicated in the Request for Quote (RFQ) document. Quoters shall fully complete, sign, and submit the attached RFQ document and include any additional documentation being requested therein.
