The U.S. Government is seeking a full service lease for retail office space with the following requirements: A minimum of 1,000 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 1,140 RSF of retail office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center Total initial lease term shall not equal or exceed five (5) years.
