This is a special notice prepared in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARs PGI) 206.302-1(d) �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, is executing a firm-fixed-price contract to upgrade the McNary Dam spillway electrical system. A critical component of this project is the modernization of the annunciation panels on the SC board in the control room. This requires installing new Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) that must be consistent with the existing control room hardware to ensure operational uniformity and maintenance efficiency.
