SOLICITATON NOTICE: The 700th Contracting Squadron (700 CONS) intends to award a A Firm-Fixed Price call order against a Department of War (DoW) Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) BPA is anticipated following the guidance of DAFMAN 17-1203 dated 13 September 2022. The DoW ESI BPA intended to order off of is to be determined upon receipt of offers resulting from a fair opportunity notice to these BPA holders. The anticipated award date is 20 March 2026. Pursuant to FAR FAR6.103-1(d), Trellix is the only souce capable of fulfilling this requirement for this software license renewal as DAFMAN 17-1203 mandates all software to be procured through DoW ESI which takes presedence over GSA 2- GIT.
