Due to FAR 2.0 overhaul this J&A is being posted to facilitate the issuance of a call under existing BPAs as follows: W564KV-24-A-A001 (Crowley) W564KV-24-A-A003 (Global Solutions) W564KV-24-A-A011 (KVG) W564KV-24-A-A012 (Monarch) W564KV-24-A-A013 (TAA) W564KV-24-A-A014 (AQ Global Group) W564KV-24-A-A015 (SCA) W564KV-24-A-A016 (ITBM) NTVs - Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR) will execute Trojan Footprint 2026, a biannual multinational exercise conducted across the U.S. European Command (EUCOM) Area of Responsibility. To support personnel movement, logistics, and mission execution, SOCEUR requires a variety of leased non-tactical vehicles (NTVs).
