The Albany VAMC is requesting a contract to provide all labor and materials to repair parts of the A wing with some minor work at the wing/Core interface as well as work at the B wing Chapel. The Scope of Work includes: Repair/replacement of brick parapets and associated drainage. Selective roof repair that is to be performed in conjunction with the repair/replacement of other items.
