About this opportunity
The National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Pacific District has a requirement for a Caterpillar Backhoe Repair in accordance with the Statement of Need at the Riverside National Cemetery. This requirement is unrestricted. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This acquisition is a competitive solicitation. Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government. As specified in the Evaluation provision, this acquisition will be conducted using a lowest-price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis of award.
