DESCRIPTION This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is issued under FAR Part 10 to determine whether a government registered vendor can meet the storage requirements of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). This is NOT a solicitation, and no award will be made from this notice. The Government is seeking information from vendors capable of providing the salient characteristics below. BACKGROUND The Puerto Rico Facility serves as a secure location for storing supplies and equipment that supports the USDA mission in Puerto Rico and is a staging site for African Swine Fever mission in the Caribbean.
