NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Vampire Aviation, INC. (cage code 7STB7), under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1). This is a sole-source purchase order based on only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Contracting Officer (CO) may solicit from one source if the CO determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g. urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization).
