The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source contract to Northrop Grumman, Rolling Meadows, IL, for the Fiscal Year (FY) 26 a software solution on the Configurable Log Reader (CLR) that is compatible with the P-8A Poseidon Large Aircraft Infra-Red Counter Measures (LAIRCM). System software upgrades to be integrated onto the CLR will be delivered as a result of this procurement. The anticipated award date is the fourth quarter of Government Fiscal Year (FY) 2026, with deliveries completing in FY27.
