The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Spokane Campus, intends to award a sole?source contract for Electric/Gas Utility Services for the NIOSH Spokane facility to Avista Corporation. The period of performance will be for 12 months. Based on the unique regulatory and geographical constraints, the Government intends to negotiate and award this requirement on a sole?source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302?1�Only One Responsible Source.
