This is a non-personal services Contract to provide Training and Technical Support for General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)) Support Services for the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS), G-3/5/7 Ensure Technical Mastery of Core Financial Tasks: Train personnel to independently and accurately perform the full spectrum of GFEBS financial management tasks. Provide Integrated Remote-First User Support: The Contractor shall provide reliable and responsive remote support as the primary method for all GFEBS training and technical assistance, available to all designated personnel during core business hours. [RB1] All user support requests must be logged in a Government-approved tracking system.
