The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Office of Management Services � Property Management Program, intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, to procure rugged mobile barcode scanning devices configured to operate with the HHS Property Management Information System (PMIS), also known as Sunflower Systems Mobile Release 5.6.3.
