AMENDMENT 0004 - The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to remove all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) pertaining to the Lodi, NJ009 location: Alexander Hamilton USARC, 76 Route 17 at Essex Street, Lodi, NJ 07644 (NJ009). Specifically, the following CLINs will be removed from this solicitation: 0004, 0005, 0006, 1004, 1005, 1006, 2004, 2005, 2006, 3004, 3005, 3006, 4004, 4005 and 4006.
