The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department Groton office, Groton, CT intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to Captain Morgan�s Boat Training & Charters LLC for a Basic and Advance Coxswain Training for 60DS Yard Dive Tenders Services. This purchase will be procured using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13 and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 01 April 2026. This notice is not a request for proposals or quotations.
