About this opportunity
The USPFO for Nevada to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to GrayMar Environmental Services, Inc (Cage: 90QE5). The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 10 U.S.C. � 3204(a)(5), as implemented by legacy FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i) or RFO FAR 13.101(b). Therefore, a Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicitation from a single source will be issued to GrayMar Environmental Services, Inc. to provide removal of hazardous waste for the Nevada Air National Guard (NVANG). This acquisition is not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold; therefore, this shall be total small business set-aside.
