This is not a solicitation; This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a sole source procurement. The U.S. Embassy in Algiers will solicit and award a firm-fixed-price contract below the SAT to SARL PROMATAL for the restoration of the traditional patio cantilever at a U.S. Embassy Algiers residence under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1(b). For this requirement, SARL PROMATAL is considered the only responsible source capable of performing this type of project in compliance with OBO/CH guidance and recommendations.
