The purpose of this amendment A0001 is to: 1) Provide the Q&A accompanying the solicitation 2) Update clause 52.212-2 to include evaluation factors which were inadvertently replaced when the deviated provision was included. 3) Update Section L to add instructions for submission of resumes with proposals 4) Update SOW Attachment 1 to make changes corresponding to the Q&A including: a) Requirements for COR approval of new auditors post award, and; b) Note that Audits (Task 001) should include the Performance Monitoring Visit (PMV) in alignment with ACA standards.
