RFI ANNOUNCEMENT: SHIELD 2.0 The National Geo-spatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), in support of the Information Technology Security Services Office, is seeking information on how an interested contractor could provide for the lifecycle management of NGA�s Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Privileged Access Management (PAM) (currently referred to as Shield) application services, to include operations, sustainment, and future development of the services.
