This Sources Sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 206.302-1(d). The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to procure on a sole source basis to the Foerster Instruments, Incorporated (CAGE 63473) for the production and delivery of twenty-nine (29) Magnetoscope 1.070 Kit Specials (P/N 9134603, NSN: 4920-01-713-6791). This requirement includes base and option quantities; quantity twenty four (24) for the base period and quantity five (5) for the option period. The kit 9134603 which was designed and configured specifically for the USN based on requirements of the H-60.
