Pre-solicitation Notice Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract as necessary to provide Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, VA with LS/TR Disposal Boxes.
