The U.S. Government is seeking a full service lease for retail office space with the following requirements: A minimum of 1,000 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 1,140 RSF of retail office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center Total initial lease term shall not equal or exceed five (5) years. Located within a defined delineated area in Elk Grove, CA N: Laguna Blvd, S: Laguna Park Dr., E: Laguna Park Dr., W: Laguna Park Dr. Designated on-site parking for up to four (4) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.
