About this opportunity
The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, parts and materials to renovate and modify an existing female restroom (one toilet & one lavatory) and add a single shower enclosure. See attached Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 236220 and size standard of $45M. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria.
