Update: 3/13/2026. This special Notice is updated with a revised Bailment Agreement language which adds the "M7 NGSW Carbine Variant" in both live and de-milled versions for availability. Interested companies who have already submitted Att-01 to this office are requested to email the office to indicate acceptance of the updated Bailment Language. Companies who have not yet responded are requested to complete and submit Att_01 immediately and not wait for the close of this Special Notice. Update:3/9/2026. This Special Notice is re-opened to update changes to the Bailment Agreement with a close date of 15 April 2026 11:00am EST. The revised Bailment language will be out shortly.
