Questions: Scope of "Maintenance": Does this requirement include the mechanical repair/replacement of the physical SANOR dispensers (hardware) if they break, or is the Contractor�s responsibility limited to cleaning and cartridge replacement? Chemical Procurement: Is the Contractor responsible for purchasing and providing the proprietary SANOR chemical cartridges/refills, or does the NAL already have a separate supply contract for these chemicals?
