The U.S Department of Navy, Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) Contracting Division intends to enter into a sole source contract with Elsevier Inc. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 for the award of Elvevier�s Knovel Platform Subscription. This is the renewal of annual subscription to which Elsevier holds the copyright to the information. These are intellectual property rights which can only be provided by Elsevier. Please see the attached specifications for additional details.
