Update 0006 provides RFP Amendment 3, RFP Questions and Answers, revised PWS, revised Attachment 2 Past Performance Questionnaire, revised CDRLs, and Attachment 5 Integrated Communications Products Evaluation Form. DTRA has a requirement for integrated communications support to assist the implementation and adoption of new technologies and digital mandates across the agency?s workforce through implementation plans and messages that are easily understandable by stakeholders and clearly traceable to DTRA?s mission support activities. At times, DTRA may also require support in creating graphics to convey a lot of technical information succinctly.
