SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This combined synopsis/solicitation is expected to result in the award of a (5) five year, pre-priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Water Testing & Analysis IAW Attch 1 � PWS 18 March 2026. The Period of Performance (POP) will commence upon contract award and last for five years, or until the BPA ceiling is reached, whichever comes first. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
